Because our STL files and edible printer images are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final.

Digital Products

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products, including:

• STL cutter files
• Edible printer images
• Other downloadable digital files

Once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded, no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued.

Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the file is compatible with your equipment, software, and intended use.

Problems With Your Download

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us. We are happy to assist with download or file-access issues.

If a file is determined to be defective or corrupted, we will provide a corrected copy of the purchased file at no additional charge.

Returns

Because no physical product is being shipped, digital products cannot be physically returned. Our return window for digital products is therefore 0 days / no returns accepted.
