This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY. No physical product will be shipped.

Depending on the option purchased, your ZIP file will contain:

• Digital Image Only: 1 PNG image file
  or
• SugarReels™ Digital Set: 1 PNG image file + 1 ready-to-upload video file

Your digital files are delivered automatically after purchase.

Please note: Your purchase allows you to download the files from our website up to 5 times. This download limit does not mean you may only use the design 5 times.

Once you have saved the files to your computer or device, you may use them repeatedly in accordance with the terms below.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is allowed. You may use the purchased design to create and sell finished cookies or other edible products for your customers.

For SugarReels™ sets, you may also upload and use the included files with your SugarReels™ account to create interactive finished products for your customers.

The digital files themselves may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, gifted, uploaded for others to download, or included in another digital product.

Your purchase gives you permission to use the design in your own finished edible products; it does not transfer ownership or resale rights to the digital artwork or video files.

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
For STL file/Edible Printer Image/SugarReels™ Digital Set purchases, no refunds, credits or replacements will be provided due to the digital nature of the product. All  STL file/Edible Printer Image/SugarReels™ Digital Set sales are final.

This product requires the use of the SugarReels™ platform.

This listing does NOT include SugarReels™ access, a SugarReels™ subscription, or setup of your SugarReels™ experience.

You will receive the digital image and video files needed to create the design shown. You are responsible for uploading the included files to your own SugarReels™ account and setting up/linking the SugarReels™ experience.

If you do not use SugarReels™, you can still use the included PNG image for edible printing, but the interactive video portion will not function without SugarReels™.
